Pre-mixed nic and VPG question

I did the sums on these dilutents a while ago, from memory, based on a dilution of 20% flavour the 12mg would drop you down to about 9.8mg nicotine if that is any help. You also end up with a final mix that is about 60/40 PG/VG as your flavouring is in PG.

If you are keen to have a precise amount of nic/PG/VG ratio in the juice you are best off buying all three ingredients separately, the maths is far easier and their are calculators that will do it for you. I am led to believe nic keeps better in PG so I would suggest a small bottle of 72mg pg based nicotine, a small bottle of PG and a big bottle of VG if you want your final mix to be 50/50 6mg

And remember to keep you nic in the fridge :-) it keeps better ( so I been told) :-)

So better in the fridge. What about the freezer or is that too cold as I prefer VG as I've a slight intolerance to PG would nic in VG in the fridge or freezer be just as good as PG kept the same way?

I took a look at a number of juice calculators but when I tried to enter the nic in and the desired nic was the same the calculators would not accept the input numbers. I tried the POTV calculator the stealthvape calculator and also the android based liquix app I just wasn't able to get the calculators to accept the input numbers?

Any help appreciated and thank you Diche for your continued advice. (y)

What final ratio are you looking for? Bear in mind if you were using PG based Flavour and PG based nic and just VG for the rest, with a finished product that was 20% Flavour and 7.2mg nic your finished product would be about 30/70 PG/VG. So unless you require a higher VG content than that it might not be worth getting the VG based nic. I'm told that VG only requires refrigeration temperatures to make it stable, but lots of people do freeze their nic.

P.S. I used that example because I could do the maths in my head, but with a calculator much finer detail stuff is easy. I use ejuicemeup because I find it more intuitive than the others.

LT Cigs do a 100VG / 12mg ive used and it's not too bad.

At 20% flavouring you would end up at around 20/80 PG - VG which might suit OP better, NIC would drop to just under 10mg

Adding more PG based flavourings will obviously alter the ratio but it's easy to work out, NIC would also dilute down even further.

As a starting point Pre-mix is fine, most calculators dont calculate when final mix is the same as start mix

You can use start base as 12 and end result 6 to get the maths though.

Thank you for the comments once again what I've got is some base DIYARBAKIR quacks goose juice which requires 100% VG I vape at 6nic so from my understanding I would need a pre-mix 100ml of 12nic VG then cut that down too 9nic by adding 25ml of VG the goose juice base as per instructions works best at 25% and making a 30ml bottle by following these steps I should get the desired 30ml bottle of juice @ roughly 6nic have I made a mistake here?

I really do appreciate every one taking the time too help me figure this out.

Cheers.

6 - 4.8 = 1.2

18 - 12 = 6

Quite a long way off being a similar reduction.

I'm thinking percentage reduction rather than in terms of pure mg.

A 6mg reduction from 18mg is a third or 33%, a 1.2mg reduction from 6mg is a fifth or 20%

Won't be as noticable as 33% but i felt that reduction quite heavily, so i think 20% would still be noticable.

Wow just noticed the dire bad auto spell mistake lol DIYARBAKIR I don't even know what that word means?

What I meant too say is:

What I've got is some base DIY Quacks Goose Juice.

Ah now I know DIYARBAKIR is a city in Turkey. LoL quite interesting as we are hitting the Christmas period. :)
