Pre-mixed nic and VPG question

Thank you for the comments once again what I've got is some base DIYARBAKIR quacks goose juice which requires 100% VG I vape at 6nic so from my understanding I would need a pre-mix 100ml of 12nic VG then cut that down too 9nic by adding 25ml of VG the goose juice base as per instructions works best at 25% and making a 30ml bottle by following these steps I should get the desired 30ml bottle of juice @ roughly 6nic have I made a mistake here?

I really do appreciate every one taking the time too help me figure this out.

Cheers.

12+12+12+0 = 36

36/4 = 9

If you need 25% flavouring you won't need any pure VG just a 12mg VG base. 3 parts 12mg base to one part 0mg flavouring will give you 9mg finished product. Here is is on the ejuicemeup calculator to confirm.

If you want 6mg then it would be

12+12+0+0 = 24

24/4 = 6

So that is 2 parts 12mg base and 1 part flavouring 1 part pure VG

Again confirmation from the recipe calculator

Thank you Diche but this is not what I'm looking for I'm looking for a 30ml bottle of juice @6nic. From my understanding if I was to use a Pre-mix of 6mg VG then by the time I added the 25% base flavour the nic would no longer be 6mg.

My thoughts are that to get it closer to 6mg and not below it is that I would have too start at a higher nic example 12mg and then cut it down so if I bought 100ml of 12mg I could cut that down buy 25% and use it out right to get it close to the 6mg i required.

But I also see now that using this prog I could just add the 12mg to the nic strength option and at the bottom state I want 100% VG and the prog would then tell me how much VG to add to get my desired 6mg.

But I also see that perhaps it just makes more sense to buy 100ml 72mg VG and it would work out cheaper as I could make more from it rather than let some one else cut the nic to the desired strength. At the same time I could decide in the future to alter the ratio of VG/PG easier. Perhaps I would be even more better off buying a higher nic % to save even more money.

I see that this Pre-mix nic is not really the best way to go especially from the link I was looking at as its a 50/50 mix and would at the moment in time prove a bit to difficult to work out how to get it as close to the max VG required for the Goose Juice flavour.

I believe you have all helped me sort things out and I thank you all very much for your time and patience here's to you all my first Merry Christmas to one and all. I hope you all get the shinny gear your hoping for. Cheers :)

15ml Premix 12% VG
7.5ml VG
7.5ml Flavour (25% as your post above)

30ml @ 100VG / 6mg or there about

That's how I would do using Premix

But in the long run it is easier and more controllable using seperate Nic / VG & PG

So tell the calculator you want a 30ml bottle, there is a box for that too :)

and my base calculations still stand if you decide to use the 12mg base, 1 part flavouring, 1 part VG and 2 parts 12mg premixed base, for a 6mg 30ml bottle that would be (30/4 = 7.5) so 7.5ml flavouring, 7.5ml VG and 15ml 12mg premixed base.

Personally I prefer to use the stronger base, it is easier to fine tune things like you say, but do remember that whilst all e-juice carries warning labels on the 72mg they actually mean something, go splashing that stuff around with abandon and get it on your skin and you will know about it.

THIS!!

72mg is nasty shit, i've squirted it in my eyes before, wanted to rip my eyeballs out the sockets the pain was that bad, i wear goggles now

I've never done it, but PlumeBlu 's graphic description of distorted vision, hallucinations and headaches from accidentally spilling it on his skin taught me to be careful from the get go. PPE and a good routine of lids on when your not using it has so far kept me safe.

Ok thank you both I shall then be very careful and mindful off the hazard that goes with the use of this liquid. :-/
