Morning all.

Needs a couple of recommendations for regulated/chipped gadgets for herself.
Is there any decent, and reasonably priced!, dual 18650 squonkers - apart fae the Dripbox 160?
A decent single 18650 squonker?

Mechs ain't going to cut it and the dripbox 2 isnae out yet. And we think the Therion is fugly.

Well I was going to say the Therion, but nope.
Have you thought about the HCigar Inbox?
Or the Wraith?

There's a very helpful thread on the FT forum, it covers everything listed there that's in any way squonk related.

Hope it's OK to link it here, please remove if it's not!:

2nd edit!: just found out the OP of the thread @Moto is on POTV [emoji2] [emoji106]

vt inbox not bad and cheap if GB still has them at £62ish... Build quality not bad but the doors can tend to rattle which can drive you mad..
Wraith supposed to be good unit but personally not tried it..
My go to regulated squonk is the Halcyon.. but as mentioned yesterday on here somewhere not easy to track down, I got mine via a pal that goes to the USA frequently and it came with the Malstrom bf rda which is pretty good. Both for about £115. If you build something that your happy running at about 40-50 watts the battery life is pretty good.. I get reasonable life around 80-90watts but I can top it up all the time in a car of office via the usb so not really an issue a lot of the time..It also has a very generous bottle size.
Dual 18650 tend to be on the bulky side due to the bottle taking up space..
Agree with you on the Therion, it looks like somebody's set it on fire and put it out with a shovel..

I've got both the wraith and the vt inbox.

I love the build quality on the Wraith, lovely mod, and despite being a single 18650, the battery life is good. The flavour from the supplied rda is good, but a lot of people do use different ones.

The vt inbox is great.
Dna 75, so you know what you're getting there. Light, well made and great looking and my doors don't rattle! Not sure if I'm lucky, or if they've sorted that issue out now.
Again, flavour from the maze v2 is superb.

If the chipset is a factor, I'd choose the vt inbox out of the 2.

Edit: see this post if you can wait, otherwise in UK it's £115+

Couple of good suggestions so far, many thanks.
But bonny girl is after something with a bit of pizzazz. Unfortunately the 'pizzazz' is undefined!

By the sound of it, we're going to have to get a couple of hand made boxes to suit her needs appearance wise. I know what I like in my mechs, but finding a box gadget that has the 'mmm, yeah..' is far harder to suss out.
Failing that or if cash is too tight, then it'll be more kanger squonkers as that's what she likes.

But, keep the ideas coming in, all are much appreciated!! :2thumbsup:

Vt inbox DNA75 get a set of nice doors I've even seen some nice stabwood doors for them some where.

VT Inbox is very good, mine had a slight rattle with the cover that came with it, but i picked up a couple of extra panels from FT and they were fine. i actually use it more than the Halycon now.
