Thank you all for your response and advise , so my wife would like her vape juice quite high around the 18mg mark and mine probably 10mg so how do I achieve this or are there recommendations on starting amounts ?

You can buy 10ml bottles of eliquid in 18mg for your wife, for you it's a bit trickier, some companies do 9mg, most will do 12mg and you'll find some who do 10mg and some who do 11mg but those are rare.

If you want to keep things really simple just go to LiQuid https://www.onepoundeliquid.com/ and get some 10ml bottles of 18mg and 12mg. It may not suit you but it's a good starting point and cheap but reliable.

Hi, I'm new here. If your buying shop brought liquid they should advise and give you the recommended ammout of nic to top your bottles up with. I vape on 3m and most bottles only have enough room to to top of to that ammout. It can be a problem to those who require a higher dosage of nicotine unless your happy with 10m bottles at desired strength. You can get around this by buying larger empty bottles , pour in your liquid leaving room for higher strength. I recommend using a e juice calculator if going down that road. Any local vendor worth his salt should be able to talk you through the options.
