I might have to bust my kraken out again this week and watch this video when I'm on a computer. I've been so into all my kayfuns that my Genesis and hybrids have been collecting dust it seems.

I gotta find some organic cotton balls though (haven't seen the video yet, but sounds like you use cotton in it)... I went on a organic cotton ball hunt the other week with no luck. Went to like 4-5 stores and nobody had them. Closest was sterile cotton balls. Not sure if those are bleached originally... probably are.

i've got cotton balls... just the regular ones. everyone in my town seems to be on the organic cotton ball tip so I was trying to grab some of those. But, before they found the organic ones everyone was just using the normal ones... so i might as well. I'll grab some distilled water on the way home from work. Our tap water is bad around where i live.

Seedy do you find it stops it leaking so you can take it out and about?
My Kraken never leaves the house cos it leaks everywhere if not kept upright, which means it doesn't get used like it should.

that's one of the major downsides to genesis... having to keep it upright all the time. Some do better than others, but they all will leak it left on their side to long. I think that's one of the reasons the kayfuns are so big. i can leave a kayfun on it's side, go to bed and wake up with a clean table, lol.

Ive found that a single coil build with the cotton over the hole does the trick. My single lays on its side all night and I carry it in my pocket without a leak. After Ive had a few vapes, I turn it upside down and see a couple of bubbles come from the wick and fill hole and then it stops, almost like the wet wick and cotton seal the holes.
The double can be a little leaky though I have to admit so I keep it upright. I suppose its the price you pay for very juicy wicks.
Give the single a go.

That's the one disappointing thing about the kraken is I have to leave it at home because it leaks so easy.
I know people say it's a genesis thing but my rsst rattles around in my pocket all the time without leaking and it uses the exact same build type (single coil obviously though).

That's why I like the RSST. The bigger wick hole lets it wick properly while the plug stop the leak.
Adding cotton behind the wick of the kraken and extending it over the fill hole does the job for me.

Hmmm have you ever tried the rsst plug in the kraken fill hole Seedy ? Wonder if it would have the same effect with regards to leaking.
