You might consider having two sets of scales.
I use one scale which measures up to 200gms at 0.01g accuracy and a second scale which measures up to 2000g (2kg) at 0.1g accuracy.
Use the right tool for the job ... for larger batches I use the small capacity, more accurate scales for nic and flavourings, then the larger capacity scale when adding diluent.
Alternatively, once you know the actual capacity of your bottles, save the largest component (VG in my case) till last and just top up, no real need to measure.
