Scary mesh

Is there anyone else who gets scared taking a hit from a mesh rta/rda? I've just built the damnvape doom x mesh rta. It's a awesome rta, flavours phenomenal and vapour production is good to. One thing is I always get scared taking the first few hits. Is this just me?

In the beginning yes, had some awful dry hits from mesh. You need to add a Profile Unity to your portfolio, hands down the best mesh rta that has ever and will ever have existed.

I don't do mesh, too cold a vape for my tastes.

I have the wotofo profile X I think it's called. But I will go hunting for one of them now lol

I don't use mesh often, I have one rda the profile ps and 2 RTA's. I only use the rda for squonking so I've never had a issue with that. Its just when it comes to RTA's I get scared.

I've only had the dry hit from hell twice & it was my fault the cotton was to loose so lesson learned & what and says the unity is awesome but quite rare these days but misteliquid has some in stock but I ordered a clone from aliexpress

I gave the Zeus X a good trial after following some excellent instructions from people on here and got it working well enough even though it was going through juice at a rate of knots. Even so I too got the odd dry hit which wasn't pleasant.

I'd never go back to it though because of the way I'm doing my coils in my Blotto RTA. The principle I'm trying to work to is that by flooding and covering as much of the coil as I can with juice the juice itself acts as the coolant which prevents the coil from getting too hot and ensures I never have any danger of a dry hit. All I'm getting is lush, moist, dense clouds of rich flavour which tastes amazing.

For me the cotton in a mesh tank is too tightly packed and not enough juice is able to cover the mesh and keep it from over heating and producing dry hits.

Not only that but my setup is not getting through as much juice.

Never tried mesh rtas/rdas, but when I first started vaping, I wanted to try to chuck some clouds. Bought an Asgard Mini, and built it with two huge alien coils.

It may sound babyish, but I was truly a bit scared every time I took a draw with that much heat and wattage just a centimeter from my lips And I was so terrified of getting a dry hit, I consistently flooded it, which is no small feat on an Asgard Needless to say, I found out rather quickly that high wattage vaping wasn’t for me

Totally understand dude, untill I see the juice wicking and bubbles coming up I'm so scared of a dry hit from mesh.
