Scary mesh

I pretty much use mesh RTAs/RDAs/Bridges exclusively and the only time I've had a dry hit is when I've forgot to top up the liquid, but even then it's never been the Dragon's Breath dry hit people talk about (certainly no worse than when a traditional or stock coils burns out). Wick them right, use decent mesh, keep an eye on your juice level and you can chain vape them all day, which I do :D

As @andipandi says, you need a Profile Unity (and a v1 Profile RDA if you like dripping/squonking).

I was the same. I used to think higher wattage equalled a better vape.

Now I know better.

I'm now focussed on providing just enough heat to get the density of vapour I want while also being as gentle as I can on my cotton and coils so I can can make my builds and my flavour quality last much longer.

(tongue-in-cheek) As one of POTV self-proclaimed mesh experts, I'd highly recommend good cotton and good mesh as it does make a difference. Don't piss around with Muji or Cotton Bacon etc.

I've tried just about every brand and type of mesh strip available, and most cottons and these are what I stick with:

Cotton:
https://www.legionofvapers.com/product/vapefly-firebolt-m-cotton (you can get two wicks per lace with this - my personal favourite)
https://www.legionofvapers.com/product/vandy-vape-mesh-coil-cotton-laces

Both of these have great absorption and heat resistance, and next to no break-in period.

Mesh:
https://www.legionofvapers.com/product/ofrf-nexmesh-coils-for-wotofo-profile-rda (the KA1 is my go-to mesh)
https://www.cremedevape.com/epages/yxve46fvrnud.sf/en_GB/?ObjectID=5740264 (again, the KA1 is what I personally prefer)

There are SS variants for both too, but I find it ramps up too quickly plus I have no interest in TC (I run all my mesh tanks in wattage mode at 40-45W).

I'm also a mesh only user and the Profile Unity is hands down the best for flavour for me, although it can be tricky to wick on occasion. I went through 5 attempts the other day, must have just been totally off with my wicking for some reason, thing kept pissing itself or flooding. That is unusual though as I do usually only need one attempt. I find my mesh tanks will flood rather than dry hit. Don't think I've had anything more than a slight burny taste.

Other ones I like are the Vandy Vape M Pro and the Hellvape M but I find those are better at a higher wattage than I like.

I also love the Steamcrave Meson Boro. That took over from the Kylin M pretty much as soon as I got it.

I'm enjoy a mesh build and touch wood, I wicked it properly first time last night. I'm a muji cotton pad man for coils. But in mesh builds I use cotton gods. I've been chain vaping all day on it and it's still going strong. Thank you to everyone who has helped with some advice of some sorts. I do have the profile mesh RDA and I have a wotofo profile X rta. I will keep a eye out for the unity as many of you have said this is a good rta.

I have the steamcrave meson Boro and I really enjoy the mesh deck more than the coil.

Finally managed to get the bubble glass on and everything is ok. I've only ever been able to use the juice flow control glass, but I thought I would try the bubble glass. It flooded when I open the air holes but a few puffs and the flood was gone. And so far she is holding up well. So cheers everyone for your pointers and help.
