I had a mesh deck in the Meson but never built it, even with the coil deck. That wasn't what I was interested in with the device, turned out it was sorely lacking for what I wanted it for, so had to move it on, hopefully the new owner gets a bit more joy out it than I did.

The Unity is in a league of it's own though. Even Wotofo can't beat it with their subsequent mesh RTAs. No sure why exactly, but it's just better than anything else. Maybe the position of the airflow. The only thing that comes close is the Ponte.

I tried mesh when it first appeared on the scene, but after getting the " Dry Hit" from hell , the offending RDA was consigned to the back of the vape cupboard. Roll on to the start of the year, and hearing better things about Mesh i gave it a try again, and Wow. Now all i use is mesh, using either the Steamcrave Mesh RDA's or Wotofo profile RDTA. maybe it's just me, but i could swear the flavour is better, and my coils never seem to get as dirty as when i was using conventual coils.

Totally agree flavour seems alot better on mesh than conventional coils. And they seem to last alot longer without a re-wick.

I only use mesh and my favourite is the Wotofo Profile RDTA. Second is the Vandy Vape Kylin M. The airflow is much better than the Pro version. The Doom X was great for a while until I got something better. Very rarely get dry hits and then it's because I've not noticed juice had gone. Best sticking with lace cotton. Standard cotton laces I use 3 together for mesh decks. Sometimes 4 depending on the length of coil strip. Fluff tails and taper into well. Less in the well than the sides. Providing you have soaked that cotton good before vaping, you should be dry hit free. Cotton often saggs so after a free puffs, push sides of cotton under the mesh leaving enough in the wells.

Favourite Mesh RTA for me has to be the Expromizer then the Siegfried. then the Kylin M and the Doom X. I personally think the Unity is Overrated compared to the ones i have mentioned. I prefer the Profile RDTA to the Unity. I love the Kylin M RBA and have used it constantly since i bought it off @JohnNada , great bit of kit.
