Morning.

I got a problem with Fev tank v4.5s+ (clone from SXK).
So I unscrew everything and put a part to wash before I vape.
I built maybe 50 different spaced coil and non of them was reading by the tank. All of them was check atomiser or 0.0000ohm how is this even possible when I do 7 wraps on 2.5mm in. I check my mod (edd balance dna60) and its working fine with different tanks or even rda.
Just one coil it read but the ohm's jump from 1.20 to 1.50-1.70 with its super strange and dangerous.

Please Help 🙏 🙏 🙏

When the evaporation chamber isn't inserted, is your Fev shorting out?
Did you raise the coil too much, and is it touching the chamber?
Are you sure the screws are tightened properly? Try wrapping the wire around the screw with a full 360-degree turn to be sure.
I know the Fev SXK's base isn't removable, but at least try loosening the pin slightly (if possible)
Did you clean it with an ultrasonic cleaner? I know that original Fevs have a press-fitted base. Considering that the SXK version isn't removable, the immersion could have caused the issue, though it's just a hypothesis.

I've been using Fevs since 2019, and I've also had issues from time to time that I solved simply by disassembling the base (I have the YFTK version) and tightening everything back up.

Ye I try everything you write instead of ultrasonic cleaner. Sometimes its jumping up and down but mainly it dosent read but I contacted the supplier and they will send new or cash back. We will see.
Thank You for responding

If it's new, there's probably something wrong in the deck that you can't fix unless you open it.
Several FEV models have issues. There was the FEV VS (the predecessor of the Dual), which, due to a thread locker in the deck, caused a permanent short circuit in some units. I also remember an Ulton (maybe the 4, predecessor of the 4.5) that was often discouraged.

I don't know where you bought it, but go for YFTK, as it can be disassembled Including the positive post and its insulator and you're free to wash it even with an ultrasonic cleaner.
