It's funny, if this article came out about a year ago, we would all be saying it's positive...

But now this comes after the BBC (and other media organisations) have basically had a concerted continued effort to pretty much trash vaping in support (or as lead up) to the upcoming Tobacco & Vapes Bill (which looks set to severely affect vaping as we know it, or destroy the industry).

Meanwhile, in other news -

British American Tobacco boss says bans overseas are not "effective" and the illegal market is large.

Sadly such reports are more or less ignored now as the focus isn't on smokers quitting but on underage vaping, the evils of nicotine and banning stuff.
