Squonk enclosures?

Anyone know where I might be able to find a Runt/Frankie style plastic mod enclosure? I really want to have a go at making my own mech squonker, but I'm having trouble finding a decent enclosure.

About the only ones I can find are the Floris Mech mini Orca's - which are nice, but I don't like the doors particularly, and the infamous fasttech Franky clone - but I really hate all the frankenskull branding on it.

What I really want is just an unbranded enclosure that's similar to a Runt/Franky.

Or somewhere that can 3d print me one.

Does anything like this exist?

Yeah I've been looking at those. They seem like my best bet so far. Also been looking at the Toaster mini on Shapeways.

It's a shame. I knew someone with a 3D printer until recently, but he sold it to free up some cash.

That would work for the doors, but maybe not for the recessed wording on the side.

Although for $14 maybe i should stop being so picky. All I want to do is build my own mech squonker [emoji14]

Although I would love to be able to find something properly blank so I can make my own logo and personalise it a bit.

What don't you like about the Floris doors, Eightbit? I have never heard of them until I read your post (so please bear with me), and I can't find much about them with a search, but I thought some of those I came across looked pretty nice. Are these the people?
Some guy was selling this set up, which almost made me question my dislike for squonking mods.

The hydra looks like it's only stickers and may be some salvageable parts on this. The copper strip looks good.

You've made me question myself now... Yes those are the right people. And that completed mod pic makes the fit and finish look way nicer than the pics on the Floris site

I shall investigate further - it certainly seems cheaper to do that than to get something printed myself

Although I still *really* like the Tiny Toaster - https://www.shapeways.com/product/UQNP35YAK/tiny-toaster?optionId=62220776 51 quid for a box, door and button was a bit more than I was hoping to spend - the Floris enclosures are certainly more reasonably priced (ie. cheaper )

Theres also the cherry bomber box mods on Fasttech which are pretty much the same.
Fair enough for this option your not going to have something ready to Squonk with, but with some tinkering (probably be enough for you to feel justified that it's your own and unique) it'll be good to go.
