Stomach issues

Hey I have this too feels like my stomach is grinding itself up when I vape. I think its from swallowing nicotine residue. I get the same feeling in a swallow a little chew.

Its not vaping for me. I went to the docs and I have IBS so I just eat my last meal of the day earlier and lay off the vindaloos although I have the odd one.

OH gotcha. I had IBS really bad when I was probably 13-22. I was allergic to foods that are high in MSG. So chinese food fast food some pizzas.
