Subtank Mini Help!

Right guys just ordered a Subtank Mini as my first steps into coil building, don't know whether sub ohming is gonna be right for me so thinking of 1.2/1.8 builds to start with. What gauge of kanthal would you recommend and is an ohm meter a must or could I just build and stick it on my mod either my coolfire 4 or disrupter and fire it to get the ohm reading.

if funds allow i would buy a selection of different diameter kanthal from Kanthal A1 Type Wire 10m, 25m, 50m Reels / Spools
some 0.30,0.32,0.35 and some 0.40 that way you can have a play around and see what suits you best.

as for questions,thats what the forum is here for. im about to take a step into the juice mixing world so will be posting lots of questions myself pretty soon lol
