Syringe for VG?

I'm in danger of losing my right arm up a 20ml syringe!

I can suffer the 10ml testers but the 30, 50 and 100ml batches through a 14G blunt needles are becoming a real pain in the arse.

What are my fellow apes using?

I feel your pain, bloody hate that thing too, takes like 5 min to fill a 20ml syringe. This is what I use now:

(option #2 - 100ml syringe + 90cm tube)

The tube is great, but the tube-to-syringe adapter is quite narrow (wider than a wide needle but still not good enough for me). I pop the syringe out and simply use it as a measuring cup, then use it to inject the VG into bottles.
I find that dumping my VG bottle into war water for a while thins it out enough to make life easier as well.

Alternatively, you put the VG bottle in a bowl of warm water for 10-15 minutes aforehand so it warms up and becomes runnier.....

My idea didn't work, but still that 100ml syringe is good. Just pour VG into it, then push it out of the syringe until you reach the ml. mark you're looking for. The internal diameter of the bore on this thing is almost 4mm wide, so you can push out 100 ml out of it in under 10 sec.

For larger batches get a measuring cylinder or beaker.
Measure pg and vg direct into cylinder and only use the syringe for nic and flavours.
A tiny loss of accuracy in vg/pg ratio will make no noticeable difference.

I watched Scott Gotcha69's DIY video last night and I might move to weight measuring. I like the idea of just washing a funnel rather than having an array of syringes drying on my window sill....
