TFV8 Baby Beast TPD RBA ?

Hi

I've spent a fair bit of time reading around trying to figure out RBAs and specifically whether there is a solution for the TPD Baby Beast anywhere yet.

Net result from what I can figure out is that there is an RBA for the big standard Baby Beast but that this won't work with the TPD version of the thing. First question is obviously ... am I correct in that one ?

And the follow up question is .... Does anybody know if there is a solution coming from Smok any time soon for the TPD version ?

hi yea your right the rda only works with the big baby beast 5ml tank and not as far as i no for your follow up question only stock coils as far as i no sorry could not be anymore help.............

You can still get non tpd stuff if you look. www.vapingman.co.uk still sells big tanks but most of us order from fastech or gearbest in china

The rba doesn't fit the TPD 2ml baby beast straight out of the box but all you have to do is buy the rba and then buy this extension kit from FT so that it fits....

I'll buy the extension and go from there .... It'll be my first proper build of anything so I'm expecting s bit of trial and error in it all but actually looking forward to it.

I presume this would mean I can use also non eu coils on it with this extension kit when I can't be bothered to build my own coils is that right?

Also do you know if there's a rainbow bubble/ fatboy glass that would fit on the chimney adapter that would allow an rba to be fitted onto it and still use the rba at will?

This is an old thread from last year. It's been established that the extension kit doesn't work with the EU baby and rba. What you actually need to buy is a 19mm tall glass. With a 19mm tall glass and the rba, there is no need for an extension kit.

I bought the whole kit for the EU Baby Beast including the correct glass but the problem was the RBA itself,it kept shorting out on the base. I tried filling it down like others have done but it still wouldn’t work until I filled it too much and it split. This is a notorious problem for people trying to use the RBA section on the TPD Baby Beast tank.

I had this issue too. Mine set on fire. Lol
