Can anyone compare the nautilus with the nature Vape mini or midi?

New to vaping I used to have a kanger evod it did a job but needed flavour and vapour just acquired a smok m80 and 2 nautilus tanks with the old coils and I'm enjoying it it's a massive improvement in taste n clouds but I've had leakage but only on one tank I've tried a new glass but still no improvement if I'd paid for it I'd be disappointed but for free it will do til I have spare cash for a triton
