The Flavorah Tobacco Lounge

I came across this recipe on AllTheFlavors and like the look of it but I don't have Inw 555. I searched my flavours for a sub and the only tobacco one I have that mentions "Nutty" in the description is flv Arabian. I wasn't feeling so brave about using that but fairly confident about the others.

As you see, I wimped out a little haha

As a quick shake and vape I'm enjoying it a lot but maybe that's because the arabian is at such a low percentage (1 drop per 30ml). Maybe it will creep in to haunt me after a short steep [emoji16]

This turned out great for my taste. I've hardly vaped anything else since I first tasted this 2 weeks ago. I definitely recommend you try it out if you have the concentrates.

i think that’s the only way with arabian, tiny amounts. i made a blend with arabian and am4a and couple of others, actually. it was wild at first but actually after i’d forgot about it for months then when back to it, it turned out to be really good. it’s posted somewhere further back on this thread, i’m sure.

The last recipe I mentioned above has been tweaked a little, some percentages changed, flavours subbed and added a little DNB and it's turned into the main eliquid I vape. I'm convinced it would be a big hit for a lot of tobacco flavour lovers. It's good fresh and steeped.

I settled for this recipe and I'm classing it as complete. No more tweaks needed.

Arabian Tobacco (Flavorah) 0.05%
Cured Tobacco (Flavorah) 0.75%
Mild Tobacco (Flavorah) 1.25%
Soho (Flavour Art) 6%
DNB (Inawera) 0.25%

If any of you guys have the flavours to try this please do and let me know what you think.

i have all of them @StuPot so i might give it a go. i’ve not used dnb for ages though as i found it makes a right mess of cotton. think i have some soho still if i didn’t bin it years ago. if i find it, i will mix this. :)

edit: ach no i don’t have mild tobacco. you think i could use a strong tobacco at a lower percentage? :D

@zouzounaki I'm keen to know what you think. Knowing you like your mixes at quite low percentages I suspect it may be a little too much flavouring for you, although the bulk is from Soho which isn't a very strong one.

The Mild Tobacco is described by some as a mild dark pipe backy also a bit like Old Holborn, Drum, a little nutty, a little caramel and maple, maybe a little coffee and chocolate at times.

I'm unsure what you could sub that with..

@andipandi any idea what can sub for mild tobacco?
Not really, haven't used it much lately (illness and laziness) and with my covid taste buds I've been unable to distinguish differences, amongst some of the more straightforward flv baccy concs. Maybe try a low percentage Connecticut shade, but it probably has too much coffee in it. Really you should buy some Mild tobacco, it's a good baccy and with it being 1.25% in @StuPot 's recipe I dont think you can successfully sub it.

I often want to try your recipes buddy but you use such a wide range of manufacturers it's rare I have all the flavours. After studying your e-liquid-recipes profile I think you're going to cost me a lot cash if I'm not careful :D

@zouzounaki I keep trying to work with am4a but it seems to be one I can't come to like no matter what I do with it. The best I got was adding mint. That's quite pleasant but not a favourite.

I see it could be a golden ingredient in some mixes though because it's so complex it would leave many tasters scratching their head trying to work it out :D
