I've just received my Friday edition of The Lancet, and there is an interesting article concerning US Tobacco Control and World Cancer Day in February. Here's the link to the full article.
The last line is very interesting - if not hugely frustrating! ...
"All US states should urgently expand and accelerate evidence-based, cost-effective policies and programme strategies to reduce—and ultimately eliminate—tobacco use, to prevent the enormous and unnecessary toll of tobacco-related disease and premature deaths."
