Please do, I'm always interested in how people get on with devices and liquids and their experiences. Maybe I'm just noseyI can only try but I'll let you know how it goes.

Hi @MarylinC37
Already some great advice on here - You wont go wrong with the Xros, Caliburn, Koko, they are easy and no coil changes just replacement pods.
As far as juice goes you know I am a Salts fan as that is how I stopped smoking but I also get why people use freebase, I could not tolerate higher than 3mg on freebase so I went for salts
Either way Pacha Mama do a lovely Apple Tobacco and Element do a Nutty Tobacco I used both to start with but my tobacco juice experience is limited
I hope whatever you choose works and if not then we try something else x
Got myself the Innokin Sceptre a couple of days ago.
The mouth piece isn't the most comfortable for mtl. Definitely more suited to RDL in my opinion.
Hopefull the mtl pod they are meant to be releasing fixes this, along with the very loose mtl draw on the current pod.
The supplied 1.2ohm coil had a burnt taste, even after sitting for 15min, so was binned.
Bought a box of coils today & the 1st one doesn't have a burnt tase, but it is not suitable for 70pg / 30vg juice. Spitback & gurgling all round.
I'll try another coil later on when I make up a 50pg / 50vg mix.
If that doesn't fix it I guess I could have a defective pod?
How very odd as my experience doesn't seem to match yours at all. I've got the 1.2 coil which came with the kit fitted and I've not had any burnt taste at all. I also don't get any hum from the device but the airflow seems to have developed somewhat of a whistle.Interesting you should say that about the burnt taste of the pre-fitted 1.2 ohm coil @MoodyB. The one in my giveaway Sceptre from @ForestMagpie was the same. I thought I'd dry-fired it at first or done something wrong, but soon realised it was a dud when it didn't fire properly either. So I put the 0.5 in and it wurred into life and started vaping beautifully. Perhaps there was a bad batch or some kind of quality control problem?
The hum it makes is also quite unusual but I find it strangely reassuring.

Nope, no humming from mine at all, I kinda wish it did now!Yours doesn't hum @ForestMagpie? Mine sounds like a little gnat when it fires, I really love it. It's almost as if the device is communicating with you.
The pre-installed coil was unusable. It was like sucking charcoal.
The 0.5 is outstanding though. The flavour is arguably even better than the GTX and that's saying something. I wasn't expecting a little coil to taste so good.
Overall I'm delighted with it. I'm going to have to give it to my Dad though. The look in his eyes when he saw it was so desiring it was something to behold. I don't think I've ever seen him want something so much. I love it, but he's in love with it, and seeing him happy will make me happiest of all.
I've just got to order him some 1.2 ohm coils first. This one is a little too hot for him.

Shame that the coil was unusable to start with, I popped it out, primed it, let it sit for half an hour and it was all good to go, it's still going now! I haven't tried the 0.5 yet but the flavour on the 1.2 is really good. I'm looking forward to the tighter MTL coil when it comes out.
Bless you for giving it to your Dad, that's lovely of you. Also sounds like he's caught shinyitis!!
