The funny thing is that people are so quick to remove any notion of it originating from China that it's forgotton there is no current alternative.

No way can it be the 'conspiracy' but perfectly fine to accept the answer anything but it.

Given WHO are debunking the bat theory in China currently and looking at other ways in which it could have originated , it's seemingly conspiracy or noone knows as your options.....

But the whole point of the WHO mission is to look and try to find out ........... why would anyone choose 'conspiracy' over 'we don't know yet' at this stage?

I have to be honest, I choose the "does it really matter, we are in the situation and need to figure out how to stop it from becoming a problem in the future" option.

I think the conclusion we should draw is it doesn't matter how but why it exists.......

HIV crossed from chimps to humans in the 1920s in what is now the Democratic Republic of Congo. This was probably as a result of chimps carrying the Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV), a virus closely related to HIV, being hunted and eaten by people living in the area.

Coronavirus Evolution
Scientists first identified a human coronavirus in 1965. It caused a common cold. Later that decade, researchers found a group of similar human and animal viruses and named them after their crown-like appearance.

Seven coronaviruses can infect humans. The one that causes SARS emerged in southern China in 2002 and quickly spread to 28 other countries. More than 8,000 people were infected by July 2003, and 774 died. A small outbreak in 2004 involved only four more cases. This coronavirus causes fever, headache, and respiratory problems such as cough and shortness of breath.

MERS started in Saudi Arabia in 2012. Almost all of the nearly 2,500 cases have been in people who live in or travel to the Middle East. This coronavirus is less contagious than its SARS cousin but more deadly, killing 858 people. It has the same respiratory symptoms but can also cause kidney failure.

10 years ago they never found out where the first one came from either.

In fact they debunked their own theory years later.

So my point stands, deny the 'conspiracy' after it happens twice in 20 years and buy into the 'we don't know' version or perhaps there is some stock in the other side?

Because they won't find the source of covid. They didn't last time and they won't now.

How many Sars-cov-x viruses have to come from the same country before people start to ask questions?

But people ARE asking questions. It's coming up with premature answers that I view as problematic?
