I'm sure this question as been asked a thousand times, so to keep this question relevant and on the front end of the forum, I'll ask again and hope those who may answer will not mind giving their input again.
Well its week 5 for me, and no stinkies in all that time. I'm still getting to grips with what juice I may use for my everyday use, although nearly there.
I'm very happy with my protank mini 2 and don't at this moment in time seem bothered about any future upgrade.
So my question, after nearly 40 years of smoking, 20 years of dust working in the mining industry, I seem to have a little problem with my throat and chest.... Chest seems not so much as a problem as my throat. I wouldn't to give the impression I'm I'll, far from it... But notice a slight tickle in the throat with the feeling I have phlegm, although I don't. Its difficult to explain what I mean, but I had no problems until I started vaping. Is this likely to go away with time, is it perhaps the juices I am using, can it be the way I Vape the product, or am I vaping too much... I don't usually Vape more than 1tank on the mini per day, that would be approximately 17 hours worth.
Any advice would be greatfully received.

Welcome to the world of "quitting smoking" Your body is going through a lot of changes and you are only at the beginning :D See this thread http://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/1075-Side-effects-of-vaping

Most of any "negative" stuff you are going to experience will be down to a handful of things...the changes your body goes through as a result of quitting smoking, the adjustment to vaping, lack of dehydration, and possible annoying side effects of PG, dry skin, sore throat....

Ok seems a good read, I'm starting now....of course while I Vape

Take the advice mate, they know what they're on about. Other than that try & divide out what you think is vape related & what you think is other, you are the best judge of what's going on with your body & with the history of dust you mentioned it must have had some effect. Look after yourself mate.

Thanks vaporizer, I sometimes wonder how I climb or walk mountains for an hobby and charity... Given the amount of dust and 40 years of gv I've smoked I should be on an iron lung, lol
