What's new

Tobacco lovers that use gennys wanted.

Haha there is plenty of vanilla in that ;)

I can definitely see where your all picking up cinnamon from, it obviously just comes through a lot stronger on mesh [emoji16]

On cotton, I imagine it tastes completely different. And to be honest I find it fascinating how much it changes.
You only start to appreciate what is involved in mixology when you try it yourself. I had a go and the results were pleasantly vapable but it was nothing special and bland.
I am not good at it and going to leave it to you talented guys and gals.

Hey, not as hard as building a nextiny it would seem ;)

Right, my Sweet Kentucky and Navy De Luxe did arrive earlier in the week, but I had a new Kraken to build on and thought I should break it in a little before giving any opinions, so I have been vaping these for a couple of days now on the Kraken and my Pico with a mesh build.

The Sweet Kentucky - smells wonderful and very definitely a warm slightly nutty tobacco taste with quite a strong overtone of spices (I'm not sure if it's cinnamon, more mixed spices to me) and not all that sweet - in fact probably not quite sweet enough for my personal taste, to be perfectly honest (and I don't see the point of doing this and not being). The tobacco flavour in there is lovely, though.

The Navy De Luxe is much sweeter with the tobacco more in the background, just giving it a kick from behind. The fruit flavour is quite strong, almost plummy, but fruity in terms of wine rather than fruit sweets, if you know what I mean (I hate most fruit flavours and find them too zingy and sweet). I like this quite a lot, it reminds me of home made damson gin.

Thank you @puffinclouds , I will be trying more of your range as these two were very vapable indeed. :)

Just wanted to come back to the Sweet Kentucky. The very first thing I get when I take a pull is a sweet tingle right on the tip of my tongue, which makes me expect the flavour to be sweeter than it actually is - when you get the full flavour rolling around in your mouth you get the smooth, warm, woody, nutty tobacco taste but it's not all that sweet. Usually I find that sweet tobaccos leave a slightly sweet aftertaste, but this one doesn't at all - all the sweetness is right at the very beginning. I'll try it on cotton to see if I get the same effect.

Hi all now this is my first review of any juice so go easy on me.

Just had my second fill of Sweet Kentucky at 12mg on my nexgen and its a really nice juice.

What I get is a nice smooth tobacco taste on the inhale with a slightly not sickly sweetness to it.

On the exhale it seems to open up more giving me a much more smoky feel to it.

The smell really reminds me of the old brewery I used to go past when I was a kid which I loved.

Throat hit wasn't harsh enough for me so should have gone for 18 or 24 mg strength.

With the last bit I had I decided to try it on my serpent with a Clapton coil running it at 30 watts and wow what a difference obviously more clouds but the flavour man it was lush. I love tobacco flavours and this one to me is right up there with the best. A big thank you to Lee for sending it out to me for review next up is Tobac Reserve which I might save until next weekend so its back to cream tea and coyote coconut all week cheers all have a nice bank holiday.

these reviews are really interesting, there seems to be quite in difference in flavours detected ( which is both surprising and expected at the same time) when using the mesh set ups compared to cotton and dripper

It is fascinating mate, I was expecting it to vary slightly but the results are very interesting.

It's like a different juice on mesh, so it would seem!!
