The decision by *EOF is no longer in force.
Update: the decision by EOF on July 25, 2008, which prohibits the selling of all products containing nicotine as well as electronic cigarettes and accessories is no longer valid, according to a recent decision of the **Council of State.
More details will be published when we receive the verdict in written form on the decision.
