Wrong, no authority, or government, should be able to dictate to the rest of the world.
The WOH is an advisory, and information body, quite rightly so.
What would have happened if several small country's in an already impoverished position had been told by the who that they would have to buy say 20.000 ventilators that would finish off their economy for good, potentially killing a hundred thousand people by starvation instead.
That is why they are, and should remain an advisory body only.

Or how about in a few years time they say "we are convinced that the world is on the verge of a new potentially lethal type of STD, so we now order all males over 40 years of age, no matter what country they are in should have their penis's amputated. Do you still think they should have that power ?

Could they put the ventilator where my penis was ?
My penis isnt getting much use just now
and a ventilator would help with my COPD and Asthma.

Some things are obvious, like i know not to eat a cinder block for dinner, but whether i want burger king or wendy's for dinner will stop me in my tracks. Defunding the w.h.o. in the middle of a pandemic kid of seems like trying to eat that cinder block. But then again, the pandemic is already happening, maybe that money used to fund the w.h.o. would be better spent on testing kits for the time being, and then we can circle back to funding the w.h.o. once this is over. Both are possible scenarios

We don't listen to anything they say anyway, so its kinda a moot point.

Really? He signed to WWF in 1987 as the good guy. Was he a bad guy prior to WWF? I never watched any wrestling before WWF. He turned bad in 1996 when he went to WCW. By that time I had already left wresting. Probably gave up on it a couple of years earlier. Did you watch wresting pre-WWF? Was he still Hulk Hogan at that time or did he use another name?

I only ever watched WWF. WCW and WWE was after my time. I can only ever remember hulk being the good guy from when he first joined WWF. But I have no idea where he was before that. Would be interested to know - if you know - as can't find much info about him from that time.
