are they any good with specs? It's one of my biggest bugbears.

They are very good, trouble is they self extract the damn tiny screws lol .

If the screws are held in with some loctite they may hold???? Will leave that one to someone who knows these machines better .

I understand that lenses with special coatings shouldn't be put in these cleaners (which means mine). Mine turned up today, so a quick play is in order soon.

I have never had any issues with rimless specs and like the way it cleans right up to the edge of the frames.
I also have a mesh bracelet on my watch that comes up really well.

The foil perforated after a 3 minute cycle, so I guess it works. Now to see what a 10 minute one will do to my Goon.

thats exactly the same as the one i got from aldi - just a different brand name by the look of it , very good bits of kit.

just stick a squirt of washing up liquid in the water , works a treat

Damn that was dirty before ! Definitely will keep my eye out for one of these in my local Aldi.

The Aldi ones are as good as any. I like throwing new vape gear in mine especially RDAs/RTAs to get the crap out from machining. Use hot water and a few drops of washing up liquid for the best results.

That's the one I got. New gear gets the full 8mins in warm water with a squirt of fairy, periodic cleaning get 5mins. Still going strong after 3 months regular use, does a decent job too.
