Definitely not vaping, but could be diabetes/prostate or anything else similar, or probably nothing. Only way to find out is go the docs

Yeah I heard this and if you vape more than 20ml a day in a smok tank it can make you incontinent with all that VG soaking into your bloodstream it can also give you erection problems when you hit 30 [emoji23] mate go see a doctor [emoji6]

See a health professional(as already stated if it's really worrying you), but also maybe(i'm not a doctor, this is just speculation) it's just a side effect of your body adjusting to quitting the smokes, you might find your body changes how it behaves a fair bit as it adjusts to absence of all the nasty stuffs.
