Vendors...how 'clean' is your prep area?

We recently had an extension built to our ISO area to house some bottling machinery

this is it just after construction during the validation process

really need to get some pics of it running at some point

Definitely, absolutely 100% sure that I am not jealous whatsoever at all. Just to clarify, no envy over here. Not one bit. Not even slightly jealous. Nope... Not me.

So you should be mate, its fucking awesome! I cant wait to see some pics of the bottling machine, seems like yesterday i spoke to you on the phone and you said you was thinking about it, that moved very quickly!

I was in two minds myself with what to do with the cash i saved for TPD stuff, was either have a modular cleanroom installed or go for compliance, couldnt afford both unfortunatley

Im pretty happy with our setup at the moment for our size, seems to be coping ok. Decided on sticking 5 new flavours through in 3 strengths. Should be on the market around the start of May.

About time i put a little updated picture up, il have to take some pictures tomorrow

The first few weeks for me when I made that jump was weird! keep expecting to go in and either everything be gone or burned down .. the paranoia was intense! its hard when you can't just go and check it all.

He was fine before this post. He's been sitting outside the unit with a shot gun and fire extinguisher since.

Thanks man, i always was going to put some through eventually. Just wanted to actually see some othet brands in my hand before i parted with my cash, mainly the examples of packaging and the ingredients listed. The other reason, i was almost certain the testing prices would come down after the initial mad rush passed, i obviously have no idea what you or anyone else paid but i know the quotes i had in November last year and the quotes i have now, the price is massivley different, almost half the price! So i think the wait paid off really, the only thing i wish i prepaired more for was making alot more 30ml nic liquids before November, it ran dry by the new year [emoji21][emoji21]

I couldnt agree more with what you said about the unit, when im not there im worried about it all haha. The security there is shit hot, its staffed 24/7 but yeah its a very weird feeling. Its nice to be in there though, lots more room and everything seems to take less time for some reason!

Why not throw in some WiFi enabled cameras, you'll be able to view it from home or even on your phone then

yeah thats what we have well its CCTV with WIFI capabilities - fires off warnings every time something moves etc.

you can get a 4 cam set up with a hard drive recorder and wifi capability from maplins for about 250-300 quid ... its defo worth the investment
