just a guide. you can use at whatever wattage you like as long as you dont go over the max it says. the higher the wattage the quicker the coil will burn out. at 3mg its quite low so you shouldnt get any affects of too much nic but saying that when i gave up 14watts was the norm and when the subtank mini came out 20watts was classed as high wattage.

I have gone from Pod system to this. Previously a aspire flexus q with a 0.6 ohm coil. Sure they are 12-18w

The resistance is largely irrelevant on a regulated device, as @MrDJ says, just keep under the maximum wattage to aid longevity of the coil. Liquid ratio is relevant to the type of atty/vaping style you chose, with higher PG better suited to MTL and higher VG best for DTL.

I have had flavors make me feel ill, to the point i thought there might be wrong with what i inhaled, but, it was just the flavor combo

Edit-it wasnt a bad taste either, its just for some reason, it did not agree with me
