Based on what facts??

I am not having a go, but she is bloody good at what she is doing, and so are many others, that are doing it for the benefits of people like you and I. This was never going to be a quick fight, and I would rather have her fighting my corner, than not bothering. As Steffi has said, there always has to be a plan B, whether you agree or not.

Its not just about people that are already vaping, but also about those having a choice in the future to take this path

andy i wasnt having a go I was just venting about vttv and the fact she seemed to be agreeing that ecigs are as well in the hands of Big T or big P - I don't seem to see much from ecca or ecita - the question was what do ecca do that is tangible - just wondered and didnt want it to turn into an argument - like i said just an opinion and I welcome others opinions especially people like yours who have been fighting the good fight longer than myself - I suppose i'm just frustrated and feel there is more we can do I just wish I knew what - for I am not a leader never have been but I will do my best to help even if I don't always agree with everyone else's views.

With your flyers you are doing sterling work, and one man doesnt make an army, but 10000 does, and that is happening. Can I suggest that you visit ECCA

Yes, big pharma/big tobacco want to get their grubby mitts on the high nic end of the market and yes, it's bloody corrupt the way they're going about it.

But consider this... a lot of people who take up vaping gradually reduce their nic content down to a level under 20mg. For these people at least, there will still be an alternative to big pharma/big tobacco products and that's not even taking into consideration the folk who will flout the regs to get higher strength nic if they have the opportunity.

In the long term, I genuinely think 'we' will win the day because the more time that passes and the more data that becomes available, the more 'their' facade of morality and ethics will crumble. It's already starting to happen, so maybe.. just maybe, that worst case senario might not come to pass. If it does, then I think there are people who ARE prepared to fight it out in the courts and folk like me, for one, that will be prepared to help finance it, albeit in a limited capacity.

The more of us there are that keep the faith and keep resisting, the better chance we have in the end.

I know it can be bloody annoying, but keep yer chin up and keep the faith.
