Warning to all Ebay users.

I messaged the seller 3 times today about a refund on the order i made and the arsehole has not replied to any of em so i phoned Ebay again only to be told that i have to wait 8 working days to give the seller a chance to send my order or give me a refund if nothing happens then i can open a case against the seller which he has a further 10 days to respond then if he does not Ebay will step in.
So much for buyers protection it seems to me Ebay are all for the sellers now.

Royal Mail have an age verification system now. If the customer on the doorstep looks to be under 25 and can not show proof of age, the item can not be handed over. They will be handed a red card and have to pick it up from the callers office, assuming they can supply the correct age verification.

Yeah, this is why sellers wait to respond. It can take a month to get your refund.

I think its not right that you should have to wait a month to get your money back its all wrong after all they would not like if we could order stuff and say i will pay you for the goods in a month.

I tend to use Amazon more then ebay mate.

Couple of good things with Amazon (if you have Prime - worth it if you order a lot each month- you get your stuff next day) and if you have the Amazon app no your phone you can see the status of your order and on delivery day you can see on a local map how many stops away your delivery is.

Might look in to getting prime the thing is i wont be able to track my goods as i must be the only person who does not have a mobile phone ( lol ) as never had much use for one really.
