Agreed Dexter. Like I said, if you look him up, he has done a lot to promote E-cigs and NRT over the years. And this isn't the first time he has physically used an E-cig on "This Morning" either. When he spoke of regulation etc, he seemed to speak from a "quality control" point of view, rather than from regulate it to death point of view. For me personally, although there are some regulations that E-juice currently needs to abide by, there does need to be safety notes, labeling, and a standard/quality mark, that vapers can trust. I'd rather have some regulations that may restrict us, than the current situation, where we may end up smoking juice made from some China man's old engine oil LOL A friend of a friend works in a lab that tests E-juice for nicotine levels etc, and you'd be shocked at how far out some of the levels are, compared to what is on the label. I'm not going to name E-juice companies, as these may just be test batches etc. But I get hold of some of the remaining 20ml, from the 30ml test samples, and the lab writes on the actual nicotine content on the bottle. I've had 18mg bottles that have only had 3mg levels in, which doesn't even come close. I also had one 0mg bottle, which actually had 2mg nicotine in it (cross contamination of mixtures maybe?). I've also had flavours which didn't even come close to those claimed on the bottles. So from this point of view, juice standards need to be set in stone, so we are all aware of exactly what we are vaping, and at what levels ;-)
