What are you working on?

Playing with a few ideas at the moment, just wondered what other folk are working on.

Today's invention: Spiced Banana Cake containing Cake Batter, Banana, Butterscotch, Gingerbread, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Cream

On first taste (I can't resist), it's quite high on the nutmeg (I think) and maybe the cinnamon (though small amounts of both, they are strong flavours), but needs a steep to see how the flavours round off

My elusive chocolate orange......I made a batch up months ago and it was stunning....Just can't get it right again....

Got some double chocolate and some bitter orange so will start stirring the pot again....
