I recently got a Coilmaster DIY kit. Can anyone confirm for me that the ohm meter takes AAA batteries? It seems so to me but I want to be sure before I got out and buy some.

That is what I tried at first, but it was tearing the wraps off the batteries so I abandoned that plan.

Oh I can get AAs to fit, but it does this to the battery wraps. (switch there to stop them rolling away)

the only thing I can think of is, if they are re wrapped and the wrap is thick could catch

Dunno if Sainsburys do rewraps. Ah well whatever they are one use batteries in a plastic box so I guess it is okay if they get torn up.
