What do you think of these?

I hadn't really thought about the market for tin mods. I guess they are a little niche. But then that's why I like them. I also like the fact they have the original markings but that's just my opinion.

Hmmm - you should see some of my £ shop tins - along with the naff dolphins image there are 'golf ball on the green', a naff tiger image, 2 very funky smiley ones and one "Fat people are harder to kidnap" one - with a Viz type fat slag pic. The latter 3 will be made up 'as is' the rest - anyone any good at sticky backed plastic?

No - but I have got a load of silver tins! If you want a couple, let me know and I'll post them on to you - I've got a load of other bits here for you, so I can put them all in together and put them in the post.

I like the colour and very modern look of these tins, I also liked the older ones, nice contrast. Agreed with Judy's comment, "there's something special about having to contact a maker for their products, makes them all the more desireable" . However, not being someone who even knows how to use them, it would be great to see a guide. Don't know how else somebody like myself, who has only been vaping on ego products for the past few months would move into this area otherwise....if that makes any sense?

That makes perfect sense LL. My mods are simple, and I've made the mistake of assuming that everyone understands how they work - which is absolutely ludicrous! I cannot believe that I have aimed the VV mods at people who want to give VV a whirl for the first time, and have provided no basic information on how the bloody things work*!

Rest assured, this will be addressed as a matter of urgency.

Many thanks. Lee

* Quick note - I do include full instructions with each mod I send out, and a handmade mini screwdriver for the VV tins - I don't send the mods blind. I will include a "Welcome to the Wonderful World of Tins" page on my website as soon as possible.:applause:

Ha ha! I had some comments at work about "It looks really weird you smoking a tin" also had a comment from a Screwdriver vaper there who said "Jeez how much vapour does that thing produce?" Answer - lots. Comments elsewhere have varied from "What the f@ck is that?" to "Wow! That's brilliant". Not to everyone's tastes, but for me, my tatty VV bottom feeder V I is the way to go at work. I have plans for a VV mini tin that will hold a Vivi Nova mini - have been cutting plastic to provide a cover for the VV board to let that happen :) My 2 favourite vaping devices of the moment are my little tin and a Sweet Vapes VV bottom feeder I bought second hand. Both run on twin 14500's and performance is pretty equal over both.

I think the Ethel King mods are both very neat and tidy and great value.

I like the new design - the scientist in me loves the periodic table reference. They are also something different to other tins on the Market. Nice work!
Cheers,

PS a custom tin service is a good idea! ;)
