This has been my experience of Kayfun clones, FWIW.
Two months ago, after a whole day reading the reviews and forum posts on Fasttech, I bought the $30.02 KFL v2, which comes with a nano tank. There are a lot of Kayfun clones on FT, but that one seemed the best, although some reviewers found its juice channels were too shallow. The one I got was really well made, smooth threads, fitted together very well, the best clone I've got from FT (or UK vendor), one negative - the drip tip was loose. I then bought a cheap PMMA Kayfun from FT ($12) for its base, and separately the lower chimney part with an "LA" logo; and fitted these to the nano tank: fitted together fine. I noticed the base of the cheap clone had deeper juice channels than those of the expensive clone. A month later, I bought another $30.02 clone; its drip tip is really tight, but otherwise same as the first, very nice, but shallow channels. (No problem if you have the gear to drill out, but I don't.)
With the benefit of hindsight, I might have been better buying from M-Vapes. If I was starting from scratch today, that's what I'd do. A bit more expensive, but better quality assurance, by all accounts.
