It is also a little known fact that "spanish flu" started in America (disputed by a few historians) it rapidly spread throughout europe after a group of American businessmen who had it visited Spain to sign a deal.

So in reality it should be called "American Flu"
But the poor bloody Spanish have been left as the scapegoats.............................

Curfews for tier 5, what do people think about that? I've been known to take late night walks or even middle of the night strolls, due to insomnia, sometimes it can help, i hardly ever see anyone or a vehicle. It is good for my mental health, I can suffer from cabin fever all too easily.

Ya know, our hospitals r crashing here too for the same reason, lack of staff.

How is it that our countries could mobilize enough medics to support 2 world wars and korea and vietnam in about the same amount of time as we have had this virus, and they dont even have to worry about being shot at, yet not have enough people to play nurse a year into this.

A full nursing degree only takes 2 years

I know about 60 million americans who need a new job, and half of em dont even think its a dangerous virus

I've also just read that the south african mutation of the virus is much more contagious and possibly the vaccine wont work on it, 2021 looks like being an extremely testing year for us all, think its important to be checking on friends and families mental health
