Where can i buy needle tip caps separately.

I bought a load of blue glass dripper bottles when i commenced my DIY adventure but they're always leaking from around the neck and my Mrs never tightens them up properly.

Is there anywhere I can buy needle tip caps or something similar without having to buy a load of plastic bottles too?
