After staying up a day and some hours Thursday, I awoke late Friday, which allowed me not to smoke.

So far, I have done 3 days and 15 hours since I quit.

I also have been having a hard time trying to vape my high nic disposable.

Yet if I have my normal disposable, I still cough, but not as much.
