Yet More Help Required.

Cheers mate, I set it all up, cleaned the Tank, changed the Coil then prepared the coil, let it all sit for 10 mins and..........hated it LOL. Much prefer my Blueberry Ice one, so repeated the process and all is back to normal, will need to invest in another Tank and find another E-Liquid that i'd like, so I can chop and change between the two, getting pretty fed up of having the same flavour. I initially tried a Cool Menthol when I first bought the Vape, didn't like that either, but there is plenty of options, trial and error I suppose.
Now you realise that it's trial and error ... taste is subjective so other vapers' opinions on juice are worth jack shit ... buying premade juice is by far the easiest way to spend fortunes vaping, especially in the incredibly wasteful phase of discovering the flavours that you like.
Think about starting to DIY from concentrates, dip a toe in the water with one shots. it'll prove to be the best decision you made in vaping so the sooner you start the better. Search the forum Mixology section for all the information you need.

I will certainly look into it, thanks for the heads up.

Guys, please forgive me here, but this may come across as a silly question.

How do you know when your Coil needs changed? I have just changed to the one I am using on Saturday, and I can't taste the flavour of the E-Liquid now, and it feels a bit warm when I am inhaling, doesn't normally. Have I messed up when changing coil? Or is it immunity to the flavour? Something doesn't feel quite right, and it has only been in for 2 days. It's actually causing me to cough and feels rather uncomfortable when hitting the back of the throat.

never a silly question fella when it comes to vape.

coils should on average last a couple of weeks but as everyone vapes differently and there are so many different juices out there with some loaded with lots of sweetner so they can burn out quicker.
ive had some coils last an hour and the next out of the same box 3 weeks.
some coils can lose flavour first but within a few puffs it turns to a burning sensation on the back of your throat which is a burnt out coil. if the coil is making you cough it could be on the way out and the more you vape the worse it will get.
losing flavour could also be the start of vapours tongue where the first few puffs are good flavour then you lose the flavour all together. rotation of flavour is the key here.

Cheers for replying @MrDJ

I just went ahead and changed it and it seems to be fine now, so I reckon it must have been a duff coil. I was just curious as what the normal signs are as to when you should change it and how you " Know " if that makes sense. It had only been in 2 days, I thought roughly 1-2 weeks was the average time to change them, I have to admit though, I am on mine a lot, don't know why, I just subconsciously pick it up more than I'd have a cigarette.

And I'm definitely getting fed up with my current flavour, Blueberry Ice. Payday on Friday and I'll be buying a 2nd Tank, so that I can switch between flavours, like the Idea of Menthol, but the Cool Menthol TECC Titus one I used wasn't very good in all honesty, I'll try the Menthol Madness one next.

not a menthol as such but im hooked on drip drop creamy hum bugs which have a nice minty taste. just ordered another two bottles earlier.
and the other minty ones im on at the moment are cotswold vapour mint room solid gold which is a murray butter mint candy and new stonewall polar night which is berrys and mint.

drip drop https://www.dripdropvapour.co.uk/co...1/products/creamy-mint-humbugs-e-liquid-100ml

mint room https://cotswoldvapour.com/product-category/e-liquid/shortfill/the-mint-rooms/

stonewall https://cotswoldvapour.com/product-category/e-liquid/shortfill/stonewall/

cotswold 20% off using code POTV20

edit

forgot to mention that these are all shorfills 50/100ml so are all zero nicotine. ive forgotten what strength nic you use as these are best at 3mg or at a push 6mg but this will weaken the flavour.
50ml + 1 nic shot = 60ml at 3mg (2 nic shots to make 6mg but both wont fit in this bottle)
100ml + 2 nic shots = 120ml at 3mg (4 nic shots to make 6mg but as above they wont all fit in).
shortfills were designed for 3mg so if your on much higher nic then ignore this post :)

Forgive my ignorance here mate, but currently have 1.8% w/v, max dose 18mg/ml Blueberry Ice, it's a 10ML bottle, my Vape is the Joytech Exceed D19, 2ML Tank. Would that 50ML The Mint Rooms -Signature at Cotswold be okay for me to use with my Vape? I'm not too fussed about the Nicotine content just now, just want to try another flavour, will be keeping the spare tank anyway sure.

How many per day did you used to smoke?

Your kit is mtl, so replicates a ciggie. A 3mg shortfill would be bullshit in this.

Your current 1.8% is 18mg and is probably about the right level to get a moderate smoker off the fags using the kit you have...

Dalm, your on 18mg
Forget the shortfulls for now as it's not worth dropping nic level and risking the craving of a cig again.
Drip drop do 10ml range as well but I've not had any of them in ages and think the max is 1.2 12mg.
You could check out LiQuid on my list who do 10ml 18mg bottles for £1
Another one I started out with was vampire vapes who do 10ml 18mg

Alright folks, hope you're all well. ( I know, I know, not him again :banghead: )

Was hoping I could squeeze some more advice from your good selves.

This time regarding Tanks & E-Liquid. So for example, could my Joytech be used with a different Tank, other than the one it comes with? I noted a few of you said in another thread that I could use the Coolfire Mini with a Zenith or a Zlide Tank, but I assume that those Tanks are made by the same Company that make the Coolfire Mini, therefore they are compatible? Could those specific Tanks work with my Joytech?

Also, what is the situation regarding E-Liquid, how do you know if it's okay to use with your specific kit? I buy mine from Joytech's website, as they pop up next to the Exceed D19 when I add it to my basket, it's Tecc Titus ADV E-Liquid, so I always assumed that was the only Liquid that could be used with that particular Vape, but reading through the Forum, I don't think that is the case at all. Do all Tanks cater all E-Liquid?

As always, I am grateful in advance for your replies, honestly.
Most tanks and juices are universal, with certain exceptions.

Relatively any freebase juice (nicotine content between 0mg/mL and 12-18mg/mL) can be used in any mod tank. However, you cannot put a salt nic juice (nicotine content of 20mg/mL+) in a mod tank unless it explicitly states on the packaging or instructions that you can.

Other than that, most tanks can be used on almost and mod with any juice!
