What's new

Single use disposables to be banned from June.

The ones I'm talking about have 10ml juice in them max so they use the single coil then you throw it away so they're still disposables. They've usually got 650-1000mAh batteries in them so when the power runs out you can recharge them but when the juice runs out that's it, useless.

Absolutely. It is still a single use disposable because the charging port has no useful function if the rest of the device can't be replenished with new juice and coil somehow.

Fully disposables will go, part disposable ie pre filled sealed pods, sealed coil pods (refillable) remains to be seen, but I doubt it, they probably don't know the latter 2 are a thing.

It'll depend on how the legislation actually defines single use vapes, the site below says single use vapes aren't rechargeable or refillable.

Interesting that they haven't defined 'single use vapes' very well...

So if it can be recharged or refilled at least once, then that is not a 'single use vape', and will be allowed?

If that's the case, all the rechargeable legal disposables will still be allowed.

e.g. PIXL 6000 - rechargeable, with 2ml + 10ml of e-liquid.
