Advice on first DIY mix

As you can see I have this to test as different stages. The first of mixes.

Can't speak to mesh, as never used it, it may be even easier! But a single coil RDA you will have working in a couple of hours max. Probably under 30m.

If you do go for coil, as @LordOdin said, go for a single coil RDA. Much simpler.
Could you push me in the right direction so much choice when I google it. I'll be here for days. Or if anyone can recommend a brand coil and cotton would be much appreciated.

If I have to stop waving my mesh flag, then the Wotofo Recurve would be my choice for a super simple single coil RTA. As for coils, Coilology do a huge range or pre-wrapped coils, from simple to elaborate. Then for cotton, I'm lazy so Firebolt laces would be my choice. Muji pads are cheapest though.

Actually, I have two unopened boxes of Wotofo Xfiber 3mm cotton in my vape stash. PM me your address and I'll post them to you gratis during the week. Might even have some coils too.

That's very kind. Really don't want to be a burden tho. The one thing tripping me up is the coil you have 0.2, 0.17, 0.45. and then the how do I know a premade will fit the tank unless they are universal sizes but again I see different thicknesses choices. The cotton is the easy part to choose I saw the one you mentioned and bacon cotton. But mainly struggling with tank choice and wire choice.

Its no trouble mate, I'm happy to send it on.

The holes on most build decks should be big enough to fit most coils in 2.5 or 3mm diameter. You just need to decide what resistance you want to suit your vaping style. I used to love the 0.28ohm Coilology Quad Core Fused Claptons for a nice warmish vape at 35-40W, but you may want something simpler. Hopefully other apes can chime in on coil suggestions.

Edit: Found some coils. Can't remember what they are but I expect the round wire ones are 1.0ohm Kanthal and the other two either 0.28 or 0.4ohm Fused Claptons. Yours if you want them ;)

I do really appreciate the offer mate. I don't want to have them to waste them tho. I found a little kit the wotofo recurve 24mm. It comes with cotton couple of wires and of course the tank for £17.99 . I'm not even sure the direction I'm taking yet when it comes to DIY or premade juice. Stock coils or RDA. I'm very much at a crossroads in every thing right now. I know a lot of people would snap your hand of for it but I just want to d(r)ip my toe in water for now and see where it all takes me. Must say I'm enjoying the options.

No problem at all! The offer is there if you change your mind ;)

Just to add, the 24mm is the dual coil version. The single coil version has curved sides vs straight sides on the dual.

With most RDA's there are build video's to guide you, just go on you tube and enter your RDA name, some even tell you what Coil they are using. Once you get the hang of it you will wonder why you haven't done it before. When i first started rebuildable tanks i thought it was going to be hard, i just watched video's and asked on the forum and i was soon able to do them. Wicking for me was the hardest but once you get used to it your sorted.Just ask if your having trouble and someone will always help with advice, that's the good thing about POTV, we have all been there and know that it's not always straight forward.

The picture only showed single coil not dual going to have to have another look

I have no doubt I'll be fine in building after messing a few up. It's the 0.2, 0.7, 0.45 this is what I need to get my head around. After that it will be plain sailing for me to choose
