I hope this finally gets sorted and those still waiting will get their orders this time, on the date you say they will. Personally, I think your time could be better spent issuing refunds as apposed to writing sorry letters.

Got refund, no apology letter but wasn't expecting one.

I'll see how the next week or so pans out before totally writing them off, will take everyone here that didn't cancel to get sorted out tho I suppose.
 
Any chance you could provide some honest information and perhaps explain to your customers whats been going on and what you are doing now?
Everything said previously stands. Including that we are aggressively and religiously tracking our shipment. I am currently eating a bacon sandwich, and wondering if whether the Vatican is involved in a global conspiracy
