Basically you gotta do your own detective work, ask on here
& still take chance on a calculated guess in the end I'm afraid.....
Some of their concentrates - especially blended flavours
are cheaper than other brands in 10ml
but if buying larger quantities of basic flavourings then not so much
So if possible stick to respected & highly rated concentrates than penny pinch/gamble
unless you wish to take your chances after a bit of research......

as said when checking reviews.....
https://vapable.com/product/rhubarb-custard/#reviews
2 people said it was not so great in the last 4 reviews
(1 x star & 2 x stars out of five)
yeah so don't go buying 500ml or 1 litre of that maybe
The other thing is that they do on occasions tweak their concentrates
and just noticed recently they changed the name of their Heisenberg
presume due to copyright/patent from Vampire Vapes maybe ???
now is called Hi Berry it seems.....

So you need to do your homework still
I'd look through any reviews very thoroughly and any recent low reviews
I would be tempted to swerve it
What I might suggest is to get yourself sorted with a good decent All Day Vape base
something you really love as an ADV......
(or maybe a couple of ADV flavours)
then maybe add a few drops of something to a tester bottle to slightly give it a different kick now & then
if it's shit bin it, if it is a smidge too much add a bit more ADV
But avoid buying & mixing shitloads of stuff as it can get out of hand quite easily very quickly
I've gone absolutely nuts on other hobbies/obsessions in the past
so I'm reasonably content going very easy on diy mixing than becoming an obsessed flavour freak
(no offence to others right into this mixology stuff)
go easy and decide wisely is my advice
ps - they only seem to offer 5% dicount atm
sometimes they do up to 15% discounts but not lately (bargain)
but might still get 10% off with POTV10 code
