Well then it is flawed...because the EU law doesnt govern the world, they cant do shit to the company selling it thats outside the EU. They can try intercepting it at customs, but thats like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Or...you have arsehole companies like fedex, who somehow know exactly whats in your private post, and confiscate it.

By that logic, we should all happily
be able to import heroin into the uk from non eu countries. I’m afraid that’s just not how things work.

Does heroin not get imported? Comes from somewhere? but it falls under drugs law, and thats exactly what customs are looking/scan/search/x-ray for, not 72mg nicotine concentrate. You ever hear of a drug bust on 500 lamberts & butler?

Aye I have actually, the corner shop where I used to live got busted for illegal fags shipped from China.

And yes heroin does get imported, illegally, obviously.

Got busted for selling it...didnt get busted at customs. Illegal to sell it when duty hasnt been paid on them.
Is it illegal to own chinese fags for your own consumption? Because owning your own 72mg is legal, just illegal to sell.

its not about it governing the world ... its about it governing its own inhabitants.

its not saying US juice companies cant sell to Americans or Chinese ... its saying it cant sell it to EU citizens ... which until we throw off the yoke of the EU it actually IS able to do. I agree .. its flawed and stupid ... but it still is.

No, got busted after customs discovered the fags, let the shipment go and sent the cops round guy after they took delivery. Do you seriously think if customs opened a box of packets of fags sent from China, that they wouldn’t be interested in it?

I know IBVTA are dealing with them at the minute to get their interpretation of the law straight as they also appear to be blocking vape businesses from getting goods and they are exempt from such scrutiny.

Well in that case why don't you, and the IBVTA members just not use FedEx until they get there arses in gear.

Because the courier is chosen by the person you are buying from - not yourself as a purchaser.

You can ask - but for the most part the companies you are buying from have accounts with particular couriers.
