Hey peeps!

You know I mentioned I was thinking about getting a Clockworks RDA?
Peejayuu has very kindly offered my his, the deal has been struck and it will be in the post tomorrow, soooo excited it's ridiculous!

Now for my questions!

What wick and wire should I buy for it?
How tricky is it to re-coil?
and
Where can I find a lovely drip tip for it, I'm thinking about getting a nice ming tip :)

Thank you!

Steve has some links on his site for recommended wire n wick. The stuff that came with it was too thin for me.

I ended up getting the thick stuff from Cloud 9

pas for drip tips most of the vendors do big old mingers
Eg

There are how to vids on Steves site and all over you tube. I did a few in my thread too from a noobs view

It's a question of choice OS. I prefer to work with the thicker wire and wick myself. They all give different resistances etc but with a VV device you can find the sweet spot anyway. The key for me was to ensure the wire is wound round the wick evenly and that the wick is thick enough to hold sufficient juice for the wire to heat .. This helps avoiding shite burning taste... Logically with thicker wire, thicker wick is better but waddoowinooo :)
others will swear by the thinner gear..each to their own ..

Although I. Still waiting for mine to arrive (it was only posted on Friday, but slightly paranoid after my lavatube has gone off for an adventure in the post!), but I stocked up on wick and wire from this bloke:
SET 10 Meter Kanthal D Heizdraht + 5 Meter hochwertige Glasfaserschnur > 1300°C[Ø 0,20mm 42,5 Ohm/m Kanthal D,Ø 2 mm] super quick from Germany, looks great quality, no loose strands or anything and he sent a load of samples of other thicknesses.
And I'm pretty sure cloud 9 is the only place in uk that does the cherry vape Ming, and it is far superior to the generic Ming! Great choice in colours too :)

Valid point that! I may need to get 2 ;)
I'll probably get that one on titanium :D
