Already done, sorry guy`s I am not saying the usuals have not signed it, but a pic was put up by @KulrMeStoopid a few days ago for people to link in their sig and a banner jpeg to change your social media header if you use it, up till now I have seen very few who have bothered with it. Every little helps as they say

In that time 200 from the UK have signed - out of 1.?????? million users of ecigs in the UK
WTF!!!!
Is it because they don't care or just not aware?
If its the later we then we can all do our bit

Anyone know of a simple doc/flyer that gives the facts and what peeps can do about it regarding the new EU regs
I am thinking of new vapers here and do not want anything too complicated
Something on the line
"Do you like your new ecig?
Enjoying the health & financial benefits?
Do you realise the EU want to take that away from you in 2016?

Do you want to stop this from happening and protect YOUR RIGHT TO VAPE???
Then you can do the following........"
Sorry folks got carried away there - nearly wrote the bloody thing.
So a A5 or smaller flyer is what I'm thinking of which can be printed and handed out
Since I have been vaping I have seen quite a few peeps (a number of which are due to my evangelical skills) turn from the "DARK SIDE"
and taken up vaping. Most are still at the cigalike/ego stage.
These are the people we need on board - they are young and use social media big time.
Old gits like me struggle with FB/Twitter etc
Me - FB friends 45
My son - FB friends 890
They can really get the message across

Why the hell is this not THE MOST PROMINENT thing on the site???
The only way most users, especially new ones, ever see any of this is if they happen to look in the "News" sections but most don`t.
The threats we face should be PLASTERED over the front page and linked to from everywhere on the site so as to be impossible to miss.
It`s all very well having a million threads discussing all other aspects of vapeing, mods, juices, tanks et. but if we don`t get our arses in gear most of this stuff disappears from the market.
What is everyone going to discuss then?
Cartomisers?
If Article 18 passes as it stands the how long, exactly, will POTV last with NO advertising revenue?
Don`t wish to sound harsh here but I think, frankly, OccultScientist needs to get his finger out and make sure the most important thing going on in vaping, the threat to it`s very existence, is IMPOSSIBLE to ignore.
Sorry to get all ranty but if we don`t all get our finger out and make some noise there won`t be much left to discuss.

I'm in support of the big badge in the signature line but it's too obvious for some people. Those forum members of an older generation who know nothing about that kind of function, they don't know that it's there for clicking. Some people have very limited computer skills & while there's nothing wrong with that it's worth noting.
I mean, take a step back, some net users can just about join a forum if they are helped by their kids. By the time they have signed up they have to have a weekend off to recover. To expect everyone to know how to sign an on line petition is a stretch...They need teaching how to do it first, telling how it works. Once they have done it once it will easier in the future.
Those users would be better reached in old school ways. We could for example make a small simple leaflet, photocopy 100 times & take them into a vape shop & ask if they would be kind enough to issue them to each customer. Maybe even some shops could get people signing in store. Let's face it, those bricks & mortar shops stand to loose if they don't get motivated & it's not forever.

I signed it ages ago, took all of 2 minutes (if that), I know some peeps don't do it because they don't think their voice will be heard, but if you feel like that and the next person then no one will sign, so break from the herd and get it done for your sake, my sake and the sake of all vapers....come on guys....we have lots to loose if you don't and lots to gain if you do

+1 for a clear concise message at the top of the forum. I think it's easy for the main message to be missed or lost in noise. I think it can also be missed in sigs, personally I tend to filter out sigs just scanning over them to the next bit of content.
