Cotton help!!

I'm struggling with my muji wicking as I'm a newbie to rda's. Seen a lot of talk about organic or unbleached cotton balls or pads/pleats. My problem is everywhere I'm looking they don't state organic. Superdrug stated "bleached but not with chlorine"? How do I know if any of them are safe?
If they say 100% pure does that automatically mean unbleached.
Please please help from a very confused vaper!!

I've got muji from stealth vape and I'm really struggling with my wicking. That's why I wondered if Cotton wool may be easier. I'm doing fine with my coils and getting within about 0.02 of what I'm aiming for just not the wicking!!!

Have a look at the "Scottish roll" videos on YouTube. I've found they work really well in Rda 's. Wicking takes practice and will improve with time.

I've got clean (bleached?) muji and organic muji, use both in my drippers, no noticeable different in vape flavour or initial taste. Of course I'm not sure about the safety aspect of the clean stuff, it's not that much different from some of the small 10 pad rebranded/repackaged stuff I first used before I knew about getting muji "in bulk". I used cotton bacon in an RDA for the first time yesterday (flavour test more than anything) and after less than 24hours use I'm getting a slight burning sensation in my throat and the vape is hotter than I get with muji. Dunno what happened there, might just be an oddity.

When I wick anything I use some pointed tweezers and comb the wicks, it almost halves what wick it left but wicks really well. Maybe worth a shot. Once you try you'll know what I mean. Hope helps

They seem fluffy to start but then the don't bulk out much and if I rewick they are dry in the centre.

If it's dry in the centre then you're probably making the wick too tight, for a 2.5mm dia coil you need a strip of muji about 4mm wide, peel off the outer woven layer on each side then twist just the very end into a point, When you pull the wick through your coil there should be just a little resistance, this is how I wick coils and I almost never have any trouble with them.
