First swim in the sea yesterday, water temp about 13c, rather lovely. No social distancing probs, the benefit perhaps of a shingle beach over sand, sand is a pita anyway.

The cold water is incredibly good for my chronic pain, the nervous system / my mental health, so yes, spoilt indeed. Esp. as although I'm too fat for my shorty wet suit (this year), I now have some marvelous 3mm neoprene shorts and also a neoprene vest that I paid 99p for, from a charity shop last year. I just wish I could swim out further - where it becomes fantastically quiet, cant trust the ole back though.

Went out yesterday too the shops small queue outside B and M so not to bad then went straight in to Aldi no queue .
Today going to see my Grandson as its his 4th birthday
