so it’s much the same as devices that have been about for years, like those blu monstrosities and others. i do genuinely think folk will replace the pods unless they price them such that it’s not cost effective. and surely they’d not want to manufacture something then overprice it to sit on the shelves.
they surely know the days are numbered for disposables.

Yes, but the Blu ones were super-underpowered...
I would guess the Elf Bar versions would have reasonable power, and the pods in the sweet & icy disposable flavours that have become so popular...
2 replacement pods are basically the same price as a disposable.

aye, the blu ones were poor. i think this is probably a positive development. people would be daft (thicker than mince) not to have their expenditure and just buy the pods and charge the thing. i’m sure there will be some who do but surely not most.

There may be a lot more than you think....I know a guy who buys 10 lost Mary's at a time, on a weekend day alone he can hammer 3....completely not interested in having 10 pods with different flavours....if he has to I would imagine he will buy 10 rechargeable, forget which ones are charged n throw them tae fk.... more so if the price difference isn't much different to what he pays the noo.
The disposable culture is embedded.....would take a mighty shift.
